Sustainability & Inclusion
We understand sustainability in ecological, structural and social terms. For us, this means using resources consciously while working with existing structures and networks rather than building new ones for every project. Collaboration, shared knowledge and long-term relationships allow us to develop projects more sustainably and connect existing resources in meaningful ways.
As a partner of the European Festivals Forest, we support initiatives that bring culture and environmental responsibility together. We see sustainability not as a single measure, but as an ongoing process that also shapes the way we plan and produce projects and build partnerships.
Inclusion & Different Perspectives
Cultural participation is a central principle of our music education work. Through Papageno Musik, we bring professional musicians directly into primary and special-needs schools, creating musical encounters regardless of previous experience or access to culture.
Different perspectives and individual experiences also play an important role in our artistic and curatorial work. Collaborations with artists such as Lenia Safiropoulou show how questions of accessibility can become part of an artistic process without defining or limiting the artistic work itself. For us, inclusion therefore means not only creating access, but making different experiences and perspectives a natural part of artistic processes.
