Sustainability & Inclusion
We are committed to sustainable action—ecologically, structurally, and socially. As an active partner of the European Festival Forest, we make a tangible contribution to climate protection by supporting projects such as reforestation in Iceland. For us, sustainability goes far beyond environmental measures: we use resources efficiently and prioritize collaboration over building separate infrastructures for each project. This approach creates synergies that offer at-risk cultural projects not only short-term support but also long-term perspectives.
Inclusion as a Creative Impulse
Inclusion is an integral part of our identity. A prime example of this is the integration of "Die schöne Müllerin" into our portfolio. Together with the blind artist Lenia Safiropoulou, we reinterpreted the work, demonstrating how artistic innovation and accessibility can go hand in hand. This collaboration highlights how diverse perspectives not only enrich artistic expression but also open up new creative pathways.
Diversity in Leadership and the Team
We embody our values internally as well: Kulturhaltestelle is led by an equal partnership—a woman and a man. This leadership model symbolizes our commitment to diversity and equal opportunity, showing how varied skills and perspectives contribute to innovative and sustainable solutions.
With this integrative concept, we position ourselves as a pioneer in the cultural landscape—dedicated to combining ecological responsibility, structural efficiency, and social inclusion.
