We actively engage in diverse cooperation formats that foster artistic exchange, facilitate knowledge transfer, and provide sustainable impulses for the cultural landscape. Bilateral and multilateral project-based festival collaborations play a central role in this process. Through joint productions, innovative programs emerge that bring together different artistic perspectives and explore new ways of presenting music.

 

Another key aspect of our work is the development and consultation of music education and outreach projects. In collaboration with partners such as The Night With…, we experiment with new concert formats that enable deeper audience interaction and make music accessible in unexpected contexts.  

 

Furthermore, we participate in working groups and think tanks that address current challenges in the cultural sector. These discussions generate valuable insights for festivals and institutions, helping to develop long-term strategies and formulate solutions for pressing industry issues. The exchange within these networks shapes the future direction of many projects and strengthens our role as a platform for creative and sustainable cultural work.
