Cooperation network
We are part of a growing international network of artists, curators, festival makers and cultural organisations. Exchange across borders is an important part of our work: we share experiences and artistic perspectives, connect people and ideas, and create starting points for new collaborations and projects.
Over the years, relationships with festivals and cultural organisations across Europe and beyond have grown. These include encounters and collaborations with the Giacinto Scelsi Festival Basel, The Night With... in Scotland and Anomalia in Trento, as well as exchanges with festivals such as Wonderfeel in the Netherlands, Transit Festival Leuven in Belgium, ReMusica in Kosovo and the Biennale Koper in Slovenia. Collaborations with the Shanghai Conservatory of Music and the China Conservatory of Music in Beijing have also shaped Kulturhaltestelle’s international work.
As a member of the European Festivals Association (EFA), Kulturhaltestelle is part of an international network of festivals and cultural organisations within and beyond Europe. We see festival visits, professional gatherings and ongoing exchange with colleagues not simply as networking, but as part of our curatorial practice: new projects often begin where different artistic perspectives, experiences and people come together.
